Returns

During our temporary store closures in response to the coronavirus, you can contact our Customer Care team for help returning store purchases. To process your return, we will need information from your original receipt. Our team will provide a mailing label and instructions for return shipping, and your refund will be issued after your item is received at our distribution center. Items can be returned within 30 days. Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a Merchandise Credit for the purchased amount, while returns with an original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment. We cannot accept returns on monogrammed/personalized items, special order items, custom upholstery, items shipped directly from the vendor, or items damaged through normal wear and tear. Final sale items ending in .97, .98 or .99 cannot be returned. Prior purchases are not eligible for price adjustments.

We are no longer accepting returns for online purchases of Olinkit Home products at any of our retail stores or Olinkit /Olinkit Home Outlets. For assistance, please contact our Customer Care Team (see info below).

Ways To Return

  • Stores – You can return most items to your local Olinkit location (outlets excluded). We are no longer accepting returns for online purchases of Olinkit Home products at any of our retail stores or Olinkit/Olinkit Home Outlets. A gift receipt or original receipt is required for all returns and exchanges.
  • Bring to UPS Location – Start the process below.
  • By Phone – call Customer Care for furniture items. See the contact info below.

START RETURN PROCESS (For UPS Drop-Off)

Begin the return process by giving us some details and we will create a UPS shipping label to bring to a UPS drop-off location. Depending on the reason, you may be responsible for return shipping costs.

Return item(s) must have originally been shipped to the United States (includes US Territories and APO/FPO) only.
